epa00535881 (FILES) An undated file photograph of one of British Petroleum oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. Crude oil prices rose again Thursday September 22, 2005 on fears that category 4 hurricane Rita would destroy key oil installations in Texas and the gulf where hundreds of workers were evacuated from offshore oil rigs. Texas is the heart of U.S. crude production accounting for 25 percent of the country total oil output. Oil production is 92 per cent paralized and 605 oil rigs that operate in the Gulf have been evacuated. EPA/BP / HANDOUT
